How we trade
Firm terms, in writing, carried to delivery.
The same five steps on every desk, the same terms for every counterparty.
The method
How a trade runs with us.
Five steps, in this order, every time.
1
You tell us the cargo.
Commodity, specification, quantity, where it is and when it is needed.
2
We check the counterparty.
Know-your-customer, sanctions screening and credit assessment before the first commercial email.
3
We quote firm.
A price and a date you can hold us to, with the terms in writing.
4
We take title and carry it.
Our finance, our chartering, our inspection, our risk, until the cargo is delivered.
5
We deliver and close.
On specification, on the date agreed, with every document in order.
